The Student Workforce orginates out of Demotech but has become more and more independent. This is there own description:

We are an interfacultary student organisation that engages in activities focussing on issues of empowerment, environmental sustainabilty, and quality of life. We strive to be a dynamic organisation that creates the opportunity for students to develop their own interests in these area’s, to share their aquired knowledge with fellow students and other academic and social groups on a local and global scale.
